Daddy I want pizza and lie in glittery Miu Miu shoes!

To be honest I know very little about Hailee Steinfeld. All I know is that she's an actress. I think she looks amazing in these Miu Miu FW 2011 campaign shots though. The shot of her lying in all those glittery shoes makes me so happy. What girl wouldn't love being surrounded by beautiful Miu Miu shoes? I'm glad they didn't use a stick thin model for the campaign, because real girls eat pizza.

Tree Girl 4 My Valentine

Yay New Bag!

So I finally got my first Miu Miu bag last week. The packaging was the nicest I have ever seen and the bag arrived in perfect condition. I haven't properly taken the bag out for a spin yet but I'm definitely going to use it when I go out for Valentines dinner. I have to admit that the bag is better than what it looked like on mytheresa.com. The calf leather is so smooth and very luxurious. I really love how the handle can be detached so I can use the bag as a clutch as well. The bag is actually really spacious, I can fit my wallet, sunglasses and keys really easily.

Miu Miu Celeb Crazy

On Wednesday I purchased my first Miu Miu bag from My Theresa and I can't wait to get it. Hopefully in time for my birthday on the 21st. I can't get enough of Miu Miu. It is a fabulous brand and I've always liked them more than their big sister Prada. When I think Miu Miu, I think hip and cool. So cool that they get the coolest celebs to advertise for them. My favourite being Camilla Belle in the first picture. I kinda also like the Lindsay Lohan advertisement (this was clearly taken before her career took a dive in the wrong end).

Decisions, Decisions!

It's been a great 2011 so far. Have spent most my days lazing around or playing tennis. I'm not usually a big fan of summer because of the heat. I got burnt near my neck on monday when I played tennis with a couple of mates. I woke up this morning and checked my calender and realised my birthday is exactly in 2 weeks. I want to treat myself to a miu miu bag for my birthday but I'm stuck between two black ones from the current cruise collection. The smoke-optic pochette is a nice shoulder bag with a decent length strap which would be perfect for casual occasions while the bow detail bag would be great to take out to a fancy dinner or just general use. Please help me choose! Which one should I get?

The Cat on a Bag

Outfit: Living Doll jacket, Karen Walker t-shirt, Women's Accessories bag, Miu Miu pin, Lee jeans and Vivienne Westwood + Melissa shoes.

This black coco bag is one of the best bags I've ever purchased. Not only was it affordable but it really is quite spacious. Don't let the size deceive you. I can easily put my wallet, iPhone and camera in there with room to spare for a bit of gloss. The bag also has an internal zip pocket and two compartments which fit my phone and camera. To make the bag cute I've pinned my Miu Miu cat to it.

Miu Miu Cat Pin!

I got back to New Zealand on sunday. I spent my second to last day in Melbourne shopping at IKEA which was awesome. IKEA needs to open in NZ. My last day was basically spent packing my suitcase and sorting out my things. My favourite thing I bought in Melbourne has to be my Miu Miu cat pin from their Spring 2010 Ready-to-Wear show. I just had to get it because I'm a crazy cat fan and because well, it's Miu Miu!

Melbourne: Day 8

Spent the day exploring more of Melbourne central. I found out that Zambesi has a store here. New Zealand fashion represent! I love football and there is a giant one basically outside the Crown Casino so I just had to see it.

Melbourne: Day 6

One of my best days in Melbourne so far. My friend and I decided to take a train to Chadstone Shopping Centre and it was so awesome! Apparently it is the largest mall in the southern hemisphere. The mall had everything. Lots of food and designer stores. I felt like I had died and gone to heaven! I finally got to check out the Shanghai-Paris Chanel collection which was awesome. Very beautiful. We went into Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Prada and Miu Miu etc. I bought the cutest Miu Miu cat pin ever. The cat pin is from the Miu Miu Spring 2010 runway show. It comes in three colours: pink, white and blue but I bought it in white as it will match with most of my clothing. My assistant at Miu Miu was so lovely. She was so bubbly and friendly. My friend and I just thought she was so cute!

My wish list is huge and if money wasn't an issue I would own every peice from the miu miu spring 2010 collection. I really love the cat-print in the current collection and I especially love it as a collar.
