Vivienne Westwood + Melissa

I've just purchased a pair of Vivienne Westwood + Melissa Ultragirl Bow Flats in black from MADE in Auckland. I haven't purchased anything from MADE in a long time. I use to buy Luella from them but unfortunately Luella is no more. I totally feel in love with these shoes when I saw them on MADE's site. They are so perfect for me. I'm a flats kinda girl for sure. I am not one that usually follow trends but these babies are right on trend with bows on shoes being so hot right now. The cute little bow is leopard print which is a trend that doesn't seem to be dying anytime soon too. My pair should arrive in about a couple of days. I can't wait! I will be screaming like a little school girl.

Trend Spotting: Shearling Jackets

Shearling jackets are sure to take off as they were heavily featured in the Fall 2010 collections for Burberry Prorsum and Karen Walker. I love the Burberry jackets as they look so cozy and comfortable. First picture and last picture is from the Burberry Prorsum collection and the middle picture is from Karen Walker.

Hello Kitty + Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga has done an interesting shoot in celebration of 35 years of Hello Kitty. It's a very cute picture compared to your average Gaga shoot where she is virtually naked. It's a nice change but still has the strange factor.

Tim Burton Exhibition

I loved going to see Tim Burton's Exhibition at ACMI while I was in Melbourne. All these pictures were taken with my iphone. I think the best picture I took has to be the second. The drawing is titled Romeo and Juliet. It's such a cute drawing. I also love the last photo of random sketches of Sweeney Todd. Tim Burton is a creative genius and I was very fortunate to see his works from movie props and costumes, sketches and paintings.
